We advise on sampling and ensuring traceability with regard to the use of genetic engineering throughout the production process and help with the implementation of GMO-free labelling. We advise companies in the beverage industry on microbial contamination problems in the production process and assist in the establishment and validation of PCR analysis systems for the rapid detection of spoilage organisms. We provide advice on setting up PCR laboratories (spatial requirements, accessories, etc.).
