As an owner-managed company, we can afford enormous luxuries! We only recommend and sell products that we are sure will perform the cleaning task safely and permanently. And if we do not have the appropriate solution to your cleaning problem in our range, we will be happy to recommend a suitable supplier. With this simple philosophy, we have earned an excellent international reputation as “the” specialists in the field of heating surface cleaning.
Advice:
Our advice begins with the engineering offices that prepare the tenders for new systems and continues with the boiler builders who request the heating surface cleaning systems through to the end customers who want to expand their heating surface cleaning.
Our focus is always on the plant operators, who must achieve the operating life of their plant for 25 or 30 years with the cleaning solution developed.
For maintenance, we also prepare maintenance plans and service specifications for tenders.
Optimization of existing systems of our competitors:
Often, cleaning systems that are not optimal for the cleaning task have already been installed. This often becomes apparent during commissioning or during the boiler's warranty period. Since these are unplanned costs for the system manufacturer, we try to find the most cost-effective solution possible.
Most of the time, the aim is to improve availability and travel time over the life of the system. Here, optimizing the heating surface cleaning systems plays an important role in achieving the desired result.
For every optimization, we don't just look at the heating surface cleaning systems, but also the boiler parameters! Installation location, flue gas and steam temperatures, negative pressure conditions, etc. play an important role. Often the wrong cleaning system is installed and, purely physically, cannot fulfill the cleaning task.
Training:
We have been successfully training power plant personnel, plant engineers and planners at the Power Plant School in Essen since 2004. The training courses are generally manufacturer-independent and practical.
At the same time, we also offer training courses for system engineers who would like to delve deeper into the subject of heating surface cleaning systems. The training courses are usually held as day-long courses at your premises.
We offer operators training on the operation and maintenance of the installed cleaning systems. The “tips and tricks” are demonstrated on the respective systems.
Basically, our training courses are not advertising or sales events!
