Contract chemical manufacturing at InChem begins with an assessment of your needs as a customer. In some cases customers come to InChem with their own formulas and processes which they want us to follow. In others they have a desired end product, requiring our team of skilled chemists and technicians to reverse-engineer a solution. Either way, you can trust InChem to meet your contract, toll and custom manufacturing requirements precisely, safely and economically.
InChem is often able to contract manufacture chemical products for substantially less money and considerably faster than most customers themselves can. Our integrated project teams, possessing decades of chemical experience, can typically bring a project to full commercial production in a matter of months – sometimes even weeks. We have the in-house capability to design, engineer, improve or modify processes, scale them up in our pilot plant, and then move them to commercial production in a multi-use or dedicated facility.
InChem has a secure 30-acre contract manufacturing site, a 75,000-square-foot distribution center, and a full-sized chemical manufacturing plant in Rock Hill, S.C., to meet a wide range of customer needs. It is conveniently located very near I-77 and the Charlotte-Douglas International Airport.
