Contractor HSE and Security Risk Management Services
The management of Health, Safety and Environment (in other words, Occupational Health, Safety and Environment) risks encountered in construction site works imposes important responsibilities on Managers and Employees through various regulations in both the Turkish Labor Law and the Environmental Law.
The objectives of this program include selection and evaluation of contracting / subcontractor companies from which services and/or products are purchased in operations, Material Acceptance, Storage, Services, Engineering, Operation and other required areas, analysis of site work risks, supervision and understanding of performance monitoring-based management systems.
Defining and teaching awareness-raising processes that will help contractors create the HSE Culture required to attain the desired Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management Systems is also designed as an objective of the same program.
The stages of the program are as follows:
1) Consulting Process
- Review of contractor management procedures
- Examination of sample contractor contract
- On-site inspection of contractor work
- Reviewing statistical information on contractor performance (accidents, near-misses, injuries)
- Examination of contractor types
- Continuously
- Non-routine
- Those working in construction and similar hazardous jobs
- Diagnosis and reporting of what needs to be done in the system
2) Creation of contractor training and audit matrices
- Determining contractor needs and, if requested, training them (According to work categories)
3) Training of managers
- It is designed for field application and control engineers, relevant department OHS officers, and supervisors.
