The UGN® BEGA system can counter biogenic corrosion by means of a smart combination of a directed airflow and influence on the biological environment. The microbial growth conditions are curbed and a biochemical exhaust air purification is ensured at the same time.

Beyond that, the system is suitable to degrade organic and inorganic malodorous substances and pollutants in continuous and discontinuous exhaust air streams, in particular for high hydrogen sulphide and mercaptan loads (up to 2,000 pm).
The UGN® BEGA system can also be effectively used in combination with other procedures.
