Creative Design
Our Design Team is available to create unique designs specifically for the needs of our customers. Our team of qualified, imaginative and skilled Graphic Artists have designed art for major sporting events, colleges, convenient stores and restaurants around the country. The many years of experience working with offset printing adds to the quality and outcome of the finished product. Color Separation
We approach offset printing separations differently than most conventional ways in the printing industry. Due to the different types of plastic substrate we manufacture, we must approach color separations in such a way that allows for high color graphics to meet our customers` expectations.

For our Line Art separations, we butt-fit all colors and for the most part, overprinting is discouraged. Individual Pantone ink colors are selected to apply to the substrate. By selecting one Pantone color, we avoid using two or three colors to make up one. This allows for high color density with low ink density.

For our Process separations, we take a different approach. For photographic images we prepare a "simulated process". Instead of utilizing conventional four color process, we again select individual Pantone ink colors. By using this approach we can minimize ink density while maintaining color density. We also apply a lot of "under-color removal" to make sure we do not have too much ink applied to an already "low-absorbant" substrate. It is best in both Line Art and Process applications that we split plates to ensure solids and screens are not printing on the same plate.

Proofs
We offer a wide variety of proofing that will closely match the final printed product. This includes pdf softproofing or hardproofs produced on a laser proofer or a high end inkjet proofer. Digital color keys are available as well. Our high end inkjet proofer produces dot for dot proofs. This technology allows us to produce proofs that show true halftone dots at the same angle and linescreen used on our plates, giving us a closer representation of the final printed product.

Pre Press
Our prepress group completes several quality checks to ensure that all film and plates that are made match the final approved proof. The equipment that is utilized includes imagesetters, letterpress/offset platemaking machines as well as flexo platemaking machines.

Decorating Options
We provide support for a number of alternative decorating options including, but not limited to, pressure sensitive labels, heat transfer labels, in-mold labels, shrink sleeves, screen printing, and hot stamping. We can design artwork for the above processes and coordinate any artwork changes, printing, and application based on your specific needs.
