Cured-in-place Pipe (CIPP) Services

SHARE

When dealing with delicate, outdated, or failing infrastructure, heavy-duty excavation machinery and open-cut digging can often cause more problems than they solve. Furthermore, open-cut excavation is disruptive to traffic, residents, local business, and can be unnecessarily dangerous to construction workers. Trenchless technology is a better alternative to open-cut pipe replacement because it works from the inside out to repair, reseal, and reinforce existing sewer lateral and main piping.

Cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) repair can be accomplished with a small-bore hole or an accessible manhole as an access point.

Less Disruptive

Our exclusive, patented cured-in-place pipe lining technologies create a pipe within a pipe, but at a fraction of the cost of excavating, replacing, and backfilling an entire system.

This repair method has put a stop to tripping hazards due to sidewalk removal, tedious traffic delays, and unnecessary large-scale construction sites in residential neighborhoods. Without the down-time required with open-cut methods, you can ensure a quick, well-installed repair that will stand the test of time and traffic.

T-LINER®
T-Liner® by LMK Technologies is a one-piece, homogenous main to lateral connection liner. LMK Pipe Renewal utilizes T-Liner® because once installed, the end user has a structural, stand alone pipe-within a pipe. When coupled with LMK Technologies' proprietary Insignia® seal, T-Liner® end users can expect a watertight, structural barrier preventing further leakage. T-Liner® exceeds compliance with ASTM F-2561 "Standard Practice for Rehabilitation of a Sewer Service Lateral and Its Connection to the Main Using a One Piece Main and Lateral Cured-in-Place Liner."

PERFORMANCE LINER® SECTIONAL
Mainline sectional liners are a great alternative to full-length cured in place liners. Many times, pipes even recently installed can still leak, resulting in excess treatment costs and hazardous road and overflow conditions. What sets us apart is not only the continuation of a quality cured in-place liner with the same benefits, service life, and tensile strength of all our liners, but the inclusion of Insignia® Hydrophilic End Seals. LMK Pipe Renewal is proud to offer and install End Seals in conjunction with all sectional liners that terminate at the manhole. This product lends itself to mainline sectional liners to create a water-tight seal at the manhole. Find an overview of Insignia at the bottom of this page or read News to learn how they work.

PERFORMANCE LINER® LATERAL
The patented lateral lining process used by LMK Pipe Renewal truly is a one-of-a-kind innovation that allows the installer to inspect placement of the liner before it is cured. Performance Liner® can be installed through an outside cleanout and it can be placed upstream or downstream in the pipe for unprecedented installation flexibility.  This approach makes the process a no-fuss and easy-to-install solution to Infiltration and Inflow (I&I) in lateral sewer pipes. The finished product is a water-tight, root proof pipe-within-a-pipe with a 50+ year service life. Wether the application is commercial, industrial, or municipal, our lateral lining stands the tests of time and capacity.

VAC-A-TEE® TRENCHLESS CLEANOUT
In our line of work, having a cleanout is just as important as getting an appraisal on a house before you buy it. Cleanouts offer an access point for both diagnostics and CIPP Lateral Lining. Vac-a-Tee® offers a way to have the best of both worlds- a new, functioning sewer line and a yard or floor left undisturbed. In addition to being an access for lining, it is also an access point to determine and diagnose. Inspection and cleaning can take place without any digging in a matter of hours.
