Our facilities include layout, fabrication, assembly, and testing. We have 21,000 sf indoors at our primary facility, with 65,000 sf of yard space. Our machine shop includes a 500 sf coil winding shop and a 1500 sf climate controlled Panel shop.
Quality Control is imperative to Aether DBS, and we follow a strict corporate Quality Control Plan and customized ITP for each project. We perform a number of quality and safety tests before your equipment goes out the door so that you have no surprises during commissioning. Testing performed in house includes: Magnetic Particle, Liquid Penetrant, Pressure Testing, Hydro, and Hydro. Additional testing, such as Radiograph, Ultrasonic, and Physical Testing are performed by skilled subcontractors.
