Customer Service

In the range of our customer service, we offer a regular maintenance of the dosing devices. The locally discharged samples of water are analysed and examined by us in order to control the addition of dosing agents. We regularly analyse samples from problematic areas of utility (such as end-zones) in order to document the efficiency of our corrosion inhibitors. Thus, the consumption of the water distribution system and the minimal necessary amount of inhibitor can be determined.
