The Customer Service Centre serves all customers in New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Queensland and Tasmania. Our well-trained and efficient team is your initial link with us. This service is supported by a skilled and professional sales team who are available to advise on all aspects of product application. We also make available the expert assistance of our technical staff, to enable customers to get more out of their formulations.
From Melbourne and Sydney we make deliveries throughout Australia, as well as shipments to New Zealand and South East Asia. We also maintain local warehousing facilities in Brisbane, Perth, Auckland and Wellington.
For both phosphates and surfactants we offer a wide variety of packaging, some of which has been specifically designed to meet customers’ individual needs. Apart from conventional packaging, and to underscore our commitment to sustainable environmental practices, we offer returnable tanks and bulk road tankers that minimise the use of disposal packaging.
