Expert consultation and information:the JUDO works customer service may not be needed for every maintenance problem (which is not to say that we will not of course be happy to assist you with any maintenance and commissioning): the right telephone tip is often enough to help.
JUDO Intensive seminars:
every week, we provide further training for sanitation installers, either at our works in Winnenden or in a sales office close to you. Whatever the subject, be it installation, maintenance, fault-finding or correction, nothing is "watered down". If you have no time for one of the JUDO Intensive Seminars, we will be happy to provide training on site at your premises, where dedicated training can be provided in a more relaxed atmosphere.
Fast and reliable:
Thanks to mobile telephones, our information channels are fast and reliable allowing our Customer Service technicians to react quickly and flexibly. Daily feedback from our customers has confirmed that our technicians are not only quick, but also competent and reliable. Thank you!
Speedy repair:
In our central Repair Department at our works in Winnenden, all orders are completed as quickly as possible. Of course, repairs are always preceded by a cost estimate, which we will send by fax so as not to waste any time. It is then up to you to decide whether for example it is worthwhile repairing old equipment.
