Where does the service centre`s responsibility start and end?

  1. A customer wants to find out first-hand whether the selected transport technology will meet the requirements for his specific operating conditions. A demo vehicle is sent to him for testing purposes and the service technician explains the structure, functionalities and capabilities of the technology.
  2. The customer decides to buy the vehicle and a new vehicle is delivered at an agreed time and place; the service technician provides the necessary training and hands over the vehicle to the driver.
  3. If the driver has questions or if problems arise, the service technician is the first point of contact and advises the customer what to do next.
  4. If the vehicle is not working properly or has a fault, the service technician is on-site quickly to resolve the problem.
  5. After several years in use, the vehicle is inspected and the service technician ensures that it is roadworthy and safe to operate.
  6. In the event of an accident, the vehicle must be taken out of operation; the service technician restores the vehicle at the ANNABURGER Nutzfahrzeug GmbH workshop.
