In addition to our in-house customer support team ION Science Distributors & Authorised Service Centres are located around the globe, trained and qualified to the same high standards.
We recommend returning your gas detection instruments annually for service and re-calibration to ensure they continue to provide you with accurate, reliable results and that they maintain their extended warranty.
Our qualified engineers are on hand to provide you with the repair, maintenance and calibration of your instrument, with fast turnaround to minimise downtime.
Your instrument can be returned to an ION Science Authorised Service Centre in your area, or to the ION Science Head Office.
