Quality assurance in production
Thanks to the advanced technology of Ander techno;ogies it is possible to accurately control the processes and products at every stage of manufacture. Receiving in process and final inspection data guarantees full compliance with quality requirements as presented in inspection protocols and product specifications.

In manufacturing process,each parts is marked with a manufacturing batch code. if possible, and manufacturing process is completely recorded.That code and record can be used later to trace back information about e.g. material, operator and etc.

Measuring and testing equipment used by us is inspected, calibrated and serviced at regular intervals. An advanced testing laboratory serves the factory in final inspection.

Fundamental quality is still dependent on employees. Our personnel is motivated and willing for continuous improvements. Feedback from the customers verify that Ander manufactures products of the highest quality.
