Maintenance, Support, and Protection for Your ESC Spectrum Data Acquisition System (DAS). ESC Spectrum is your trusted partner in continuous emissions monitoring (CEMS). DASProtect is our robust package of support and maintenance services designed to save your facility money, time, and ensure your DAS runs smoothly and efficiently.
DASProtect offers two levels of services: Sentry and Fortress. Both levels offer total, round-the-clock access to our web-based and phone support—including an extensive library of online resources.
With purchase of the our DAS, you receive a complimentary year of Sentry-level protection. However, the vast majority of our partners upgrade and/or extend their DASProtect coverage to Fortress because it offers additional benefits, including assistance updating and installing StackVision server and quarterly software updates, discounts on spare and replacement parts, access to additional modules, free training and more.
