Data today comes not just from well-designed research studies such as surveys, but also from a variety of technology-driven sources: Social media, GPS coordinates, connected lab devices, sensor data, pictures and videos, Bluetooth-enabled devices, and more.
We use a range of techniques and methodologies to identify and correct potential issues in the data, including formatting and missing information, which reduces the time it takes to wrangle data into a proper form for analysis. And our Information Technology Security and Data Privacy team ensure that our products and services meet the highest privacy and security standards.
We also conduct surveys in many languages, including dialects of Spanish, Chinese, Russian, and Farsi. We work with smartphones, the web and social media, telephones, text, in-person, and paper using multi-mode interviewing software.
Also, we have more than 30 years of experience conducing critical election and public opinion surveys. Our survey methodologists and project management staff can assist with questionnaire development, sample design, voter modeling, demographic weighting, analysis, and reporting.
