Design and Formatting
PSC will use the latest desktop publishing software to design and layout your project in a style that best fits your company and your material. Or, if you prefer to work with word processing software, our staff will correct your formatting errors or format your document from scratch based on your template. If you don’t have a template, let us design one for you—a template will save you time and money on future projects.
- Ensure consistency of pagination, headers and footers, and table of contents
- Check consistency of formatting with the designated template or within the document
- Verify readability of tables and figures
- Verify table and figure formatting conforms to relevant style guides
- Assign styles to bullets, numbered lists, captions, headings, and normal text
