We have successfully delivered projects for facilities under design-build, design-bid-build, design-build plus, design-bid-build, and bid-build contracts. Ameresco holds contracts to provide engineering, procurement and construction services on a site-specific, regional, and nationwide basis, and has performed under routine, rapid response, and emergency situations.
Ameresco regularly takes responsibility for the proper coordination and execution of design-build projects as prime contractor, including:
- Overall design development, project management, and construction management
- Maintaining strong lines of communications with our subcontractors
- Design and construction quality control
- Prioritizing workplace safety and ensure all subcontractors comply with our safety plans
- Maintaining project schedules including any corrective actions if there are unforeseen changes
- Managing multi-million dollar project budgets
- Overseeing proper start-up and commissioning of the installed systems
