Design & Manufacturing Services
CTS specialises in laboratory fume hood design and the manufacturing of custom solutions for the handling of potent powders. CTS laboratory containment systems are the result of expert knowledge and technical experience which enable the design team to fulfill the customer’s needs and the safety requirements of laboratory processes. In addition, CTS provide standard enclosure products with proven containment performance for various laboratory applications.
In-House Engineering Design
CTS’s in-house engineering design team are certified Solidworks™ professionals with hands on design and build knowledge of laboratory containment systems, able to design, build, install and support all systems CTS offer.
3D CAD Modelling
CTS clients are provided with 3D visuals of their system prior to manufacturing which allow them to assess and approve the proposed solution prior to manufacturing, reducing overall lead times and costs.
In-House Manufacturing
CTS solutions are built in their own facilities in Portsmouth. CTS have complete control over all phases of production, ensuring maximum attention to detail and consistent reliable quality. CTS can support the assembly and fitting of any size project and work with short lead times.

CTS support other UK businesses and over the years have built a secure network of excellent British suppliers whom they work very closely with. CTS systems are 100% British designed and manufactured.
