Precision - Destructive Physical Analysis (DPA) Services

To facilitate the early detection of defective or non-conforming material, Precision Test Solutions provides destructive physical analysis services, according to MIL-STD-1580 or SSQ-25000, to determine how well a semiconductor, microcircuit or passive device conforms to its design, material and process requirements.  We also offer Prohibited Material Analysis (PMA) testing services which employ XRF or SEM/EDS test methods to identify prohibited elements for RoHS compliance and waste-stream management as well as Tin-Lead composition on device leads.
