Hernandez Consulting is able to offer a diverse range of development services, including feasibility studies, cost estimates, and project management. Through our subsidiary the New Orleans Redevelopment Fund, we’re able to offer equity investment in projects, and look to partner with owners and developers on strategic projects.We are able to offer our clients flexible strategies to meet the needs of any development project, and look to maximize the investor returns though partially deferring fees, or taking equity within a project for reduced fees. In conjunction with the New Orleans Redevelopment fund and other joint ventures, Hernandez Consulting has already successfully redeveloped numerous projects within New Orleans, and currently have several more in process.
