This Bi-product can be transfer to a landfill with minimal impact or environmental resource for efficient incineration with reduction of moisture.

DEWATER BY TWO PRINCIPAL METHODS
I CENTRIFUGE
The centrifuge separates the water from the Biosolids by high revolution to separate water from the solids. The sludge is pump into the centrifuge where a screw and the bowl are operating at a high revolution creating pressure in separating the water. The water is discharged into centrate pan and the dewater Biosolids is auger into a container or truck for transfer to landfill or a field site for disposal.

II BELT PRESS
The belt press separates the water from the Biosolids by a series of rollers to separate water from the solids. The sludge is pump into the belt press and feeds along belt as a series of rollers press the water from the sludge. The water or is discharged into centrate pan and the dewater Biosolids is auger into a container or truck for transfer to landfill or a field site for disposal.
