Disaster Recovery and Debris Removal Service
When facing daunting recovery efforts, choosing a disaster recovery contractor becomes a critical decision. ECC`s organization is aligned to effectively provide comprehensive incident response whatever man-made or natural disaster may occur. Our disaster recovery personnel possess the experience, cross-training, management, resources, and equipment necessary for fast response and effective recovery action.
An Advanced Contracting Initiative (ACI) Debris Mission contractor since 1999, ECC has responded to natural disasters and Federal emergencies locally and abroad. In 2002, for example, we provided emergency recovery efforts after two typhoons ravaged Guam under a $150 million Pacific Region Debris Contract. In 2005, we executed award-winning debris removal/hurricane relief activities valued at more than $650 million in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida following hurricanes Katrina and Wilma. In 2012, ECC executed six time-sensitive disaster recovery projects valued at $155 million in New York following Hurricane Sandy. In 2017-2021, ECC performed back-to-back wildfire recovery missions, including debris cleanup, tree removal, and life support projects following the 2017 Northern California Wildfires, and 2018 Carr, Woolsey, Hill, and Camp fires throughout California, as well as the 2020 wildfires in Oregon. ECC is also executing ongoing large-scale repair and recovery projects following Hurricane Florence at Cherry Point and Camp Lejeune, North Carolina; and life support and construction projects as part of the $2.3 Billion Earthquake Recovery Program at NAWS China Lake, CA.
