As specialists in contaminated land, ground gas risk assessments and geotechnical appraisals, we can provide the necessary research and reports on all phases of investigation including desk studies, intrusive investigations, remediation and verification programmes.
At CGL, we undertake to provide our clients with a separate Site Appraisal Report on completion of an intrusive investigation phase. All surveys are aimed at identifying our client’s critical environmental risks, providing advice on mitigation and offering bespoke solutions. We are also able to supervise the survey elements of environmental permit applications, overseeing the application and permit surrender processes for our clients.
