An environmental site assessment (ESA) helps to determine whether an environmental, safety or health liability exists. Real estate transactions and/or Industrial Site Recovery Act (SRA)/Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) - related services follow the American Society of Testing and Materials (MSTS) inspection protocols, and can be customized for specific applications.
