One of the mainstream antibody-labeled tracers for this technique is dyed microspheres. The dyed microspheres are based on white polystyrene microspheres and are prepared by a unique internal dyeing process. The internal dyeing process makes the dye inside the microsphere, so it is not easy to leak and has a relatively stable morphological structure.
