After starting the initial operation and handing over the unit to the customer we initialize our after-sales service as agreed upon with the customer. This can include warehousing and delivery of spare and working parts, maintenance and service contracts up to a 24-hour service guarantee. 24/7 service for us means that we are available at any time by phone and can react promptly to inquiries via online-visualization programs and online access.
