Sign up to our eBilling service. You’ll get all your future water bills in an electronic format, easily stored for tax* or other purposes. And you’ll get a discount on your water charges too.

*There`s no need to keep paper copies of your bills for auditing purposes. The HMRC has changed their guidelines so you can store your bills electronically. They only require that they are in a readable format when requested.

Once you sign up for eBilling you get a 2% saving. If you agree to pay by direct debit too, we’ll increase the discount to 5% off all your water bills.

If you already pay by direct debit, you’ll automatically get the full 5% saving once you switch to eBilling.
