For more than two decades, Coneco Engineers Scientists & Surveyors Inc. has been known for providing innovative and cost-effective environmental investigation and civil engineering design solutions for residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal clients. We are proud to announce that we have just launched an Ecological Services and Permitting Division to complement the services offered by our Environmental, Civil Engineering, Surveying and Geothermal divisions. The new Ecological Services and Permitting division will be based in Coneco`s Lowell, Massachusetts office, located at 99 Market Street. Mike Toohill, an environmental scientist (Professional Wetland Scientist and Certified Ecologist) with 28 years of experience in environmental impact evaluation and mitigation will head the new division. The work of this division is a logical extension of the investigation and design services already offered by our company, and supplements the range of permitting services that Coneco has been providing to its clients since its inception.
