Excal Visual - EH&S Employee Training Solutions
Excal Visual understands that distributing and implementing compliance training to a diverse and dispersed work force can be a complex task. We strive to provide our customers with flexible training and documentation tools so both the instructor and the employee can easily access our content anytime or from anywhere.
EH&S training requirements are different for every organization, so we have designed 13 core categories with 6 delivery options for you to help meet the budget, the style and the goals of your organization. Most of the programs are closed-captioned and available with Spanish narration.
- Conduct Classroom Training: Select an employee training video course from our DVD library to use in a classroom setting. This option allows the instructor to use the DVD training video, and in most cases, a customizable PowerPoint presentation for classroom or one-on-one training only. Video cannot be copied or uploaded to a computer or a network without purchasing a license first.
- Company Network License: Customers can purchase a network license so they can host the streaming video content on their own in-house network/intranet for company wide use.
- Download SCORM video files to your LMS: If your company has an existing LMS (Learning Management System) in place customers can license our courses and upload the SCORM compliant video files to your LMS. Between the Excal Visual library and the content from our employee training partners there are over 500 titles available.
- Install and use our LMS platform to manage your training:Customers that need an LMS can access our customizable platform to assign selected courses to employees for quick and easy training. and record keeping. This platform includes real-time documentation and record-keeping features.
- Online Streaming Video Subscription: Customers can purchase an annual Web-based streaming video subscription from us and we will host the course online for you for hassle free training. A recordkeeping function is available here as well.
- Pay-Per-View: We also have a convenient Pay-Per-View option so you can train an individual employee on a selected course at any time.
