Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), as a regulatory arm of Dubai World, is committed to a policy if world class standards of laboratory analytical services to meet customer requirements as well as statutory and regulatory requirements. EHS moreover provides such quality services in a professional manner and in accordance with ISO-IEC-17025, while ensuring compliance with the existing ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems under which it operates, as endorsed though evaluations by an Accredited External Agency. The above are achieved by all professionals in the laboratory while performing their daily duties through sustained efforts and continuous improvements, facilitated by dynamic leadership by the EHS Managements, thereby achieving customer satisfaction in the services provided.Environmental Laboratory
The laboratory does not only serve as a facility to assist Free Zone clients and Dubai World Business Units but also serves to provide support to the compliance of standards.
We are committed to satisfying the agreed requirements of our stakeholders by maintaining a cadre of trained and experienced professionals in the discipline of Analytical Chemistry, Environmental Analysis and Marine Biology.
It is the policy if EGS Laboratories that all samples be handled with client confidentiality as a priority.
Verbal, written or electronic information concerning laboratory testing on a particular sample is released only to those individuals who sign the consent for testing.
Client confidentiality is important to us and every measure is taken to assure that your samples are handled with extreme care in order to provide unequivocal results in timely and confidential manner.
