• Scheduled preventive maintenance performed on the basis of a program drawn up to suit the Customer’s requirements, the purpose being to check the state of the equipment, eliminate non conformities and reduce technical risks by maintaining the equipment in a perfectly efficient condition.
• Supplementary corrective maintenance, again to suit the Customer’s requirements and based on agreed response times
• Technical consultancy or assistance at the Customer’s request focused on improving the reliability or increasing the productivity of the system
• Replacement parts inventory management
• Accountability for correct operation of the equipment
