Mechanical treatment

Based on the categories, PCBs undergo the initial manual removal of batteries, capacitors and other parts that are unsuitable for further processing.

Shredding and sampling

Material is then shredded and crushed into a smaller fraction to obtain a representative sample used to determine metal composition.

Analysis and settlement

The sample is analysed in the lab using ICP method, and the exact metal composition is determined. Based on these findings, the final settlement takes place accordingly.
