When you call our wastewater emergency hotline, we first determine the most likely cause of the emergency and how it best matches our capabilities to help. Once we have a tentative diagnosis, we will put together an action plan that we believe will address the problem.

Our wastewater experts are ready to respond quickly. Should specialized equipment be required, we maintain an inventory of portable emergency systems ready to be on your site, usually within 48 hours. We install the equipment, train your operators about our process, maintain the equipment, and once your process is back in control, monitor the equipment remotely from our Wastewater Customer Service Center.
