Emission Testing Service
Unicon conducts emission level testing for pollution control equipment such as ESPs, Bag Filters, and Cyclones. This comprehensive testing program involves simultaneous sampling of both inlet and outlet conditions to measure particulate mass loading.
- Unicon is equipped to carryout emission level testing of any pollution control equipment like ESP, Bag Filter, Cyclones, etc,..
- This test program involves the simultaneous sampling of both the ESP inlet and ESP outlet conditions for particulate mass loading.
- The ESP will be tested under both normal baseline operating conditions with and without MCR.
- Four sets of paired inlet and outlet samples will be collected for both the baseline and MCR test conditions.
ESP electrical conditions will read manually from meters on the transformer-rectifier controller cabinets. All of the sampling and data collection will be coordinated with the control room operators to assure that the testing is conducted during full load and normal operating conditions. Will submit detailed report after completion of the test.
