The results above were based on steady-state 8-mode engine dynamometer testing of a Model 3306 Caterpillar diesel engine. The 8-mode emission/fuel consumption testing was done in exact accordance with CARB, California Code of Federal Regulations, Title 13, Chapter 14 a and EPA regulations as defined in the applicable sections of 40 CFR, Part 89. Official regulatory testing was conducted at Olsen Ecologic Engine Testing Laboratories, an ISO 9001:2000, recognized by both the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) and the California Air Resource Board (CARB).
