Emissions Trading Scheme Consultancy Services
The Lgs. D. nr. 216 of the 4/4/2006, establishes application for authorization for the emissions, produced from the combustion, to emit greenhouse gases, before the entry in operation of the systems. Thanks to its experience in the field of energy, ALENS is able to assist companies participating in the Emissions Trading mechanism.
- assistance and consultancy in preparing the application for authorisation;
- assistance in submitting applications for a greenhouse gas emissions permit or a request for an update of the permit;
- assistance and support with registration procedures;
- assistance in asking the competent authority for any clarification on how to fulfill these obligations, as well as in reporting any technical problems related to the compilation of the forms or the transmission thereof;
