We provide our customers with several levels of maintenance of electric power plants. EnergoGlobal overview includes:
- Testing of equipment, including external and internal condition by our service technicians
- Identify required services and repairs

Regular and emergency maintenance of generator set
These inspections go much further than checking fuel systems, lubrication, filter replacement (air, oil, fuel), electric starter cables, battery electrolyte levels and internal electrical systems. Our verification process is, in fact, one of the most detail-oriented aspects of our business. We do not allow oversights during the review process.
Inspection and servicing of generator sets includes:
- Visual inspection of the generator set
- Engine oil change
- Coolant replacement in the cooling system - for water-cooled engines
- Oil and fuel filter replacement
- Inspection and tightening of fuel supply pipes on injectors
- Inspection and adjustment of V-belts for fan drive
- Inspection and tightening of all dampers
- Inspection, cleaning or replacement of air filters
- Control and inspection of electric starters
- Control of operation of electric motor and manual fuel pump and fuel level sensor
- Battery check and replacement
- Generator inspection and service:
- Inspection of the connection between the motor and the generator
- Inspection and, if necessary, replacement of the generator brush
- Polishing of slip rings
- Bearing lubrication
- Generator insulation resistance testing
- Inspection and service of the distribution cabinet with associated automatic control:
- Reviewing and functional testing of all measuring subassemblies
- Control of operation of the fans and movable blinds on the air supply and exhaust system
- Testing of control automation functionality in all operating modes
- Simulation and testing od all critical alarms
- Checking and replacement of the automatic battery charger
