Larsen has successfully implemented a number of Energy Conservation projects for several municipalities over the last year with funding through the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act (ARRA). Larsen has designed and is overseeing the installation of Solar Panels, Green Roofs, Rainwater Collection Systems, and Energy Efficient Lighting at several Wastewater Treatment Plants, and is modifying equipment and processes for industries throughout Upstate New York.
