STANDARD SYSTEM DESIGN SERVICES
For the design and installation of every bulk material handling system, we recommend starting with these standard design services:
- Process flow diagrams
- General dimension drawings
- Stack up drawings
- Operational and maintenance manuals
- Recommended spare parts lists
OPTIONAL SYSTEM DESIGN SERVICES
Some projects may require additional design services due to their scope or other unique requirements. When that happens, we offer optional services covering:
- On-site approval drawing review
- Plan and elevation drawings
- Device utility list – compressed air requirements and motor amps for equipment
- Instrumentation list – I/O count for equipment
- Written operational sequence
- General pipe routing
- Component customization
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
When you start a project with us, we assign a dedicated project manager to oversee design, install and startup. Our project managers take the time to understand your needs and pull together the right resources. They can even arrange for installation management or installation review services. Project managers will work with internal or external resources for mechanical and electrical install.
Finally, our project management team is responsible for project completion tasks, such as commissioning and next steps. Project management services are where our commitment to you comes alive.
