Whether your project involves a standard Baker Furnace, Inc. product offering or a custom design, you can count on the experience we have gained in over 28 years of engineering and manufacturing equipment to deliver the best solution. When you manufacture several hundred remediation systems you learn a few things. We have strong relationships with our customers and through the years we have enjoyed the benefit of unrestricted access to numerous sites being worked by Baker Oxidation systems. We observe firsthand how the equipment interfaces with the site and are able to get real-time feedback on engineering changes and component performance and longevity.
The current generation of Baker Oxidation systems is the result of over 18 years of study and equipment refinements. We believe that these are the best systems that have ever been designed, by anyone. We are not limited to equipment manufacturing, but custom engineered solutions!
All of our P&ID`s, general arrangement drawings and electrical schematics are CAD generated. General arrangements provided for specific projects are dimensionally accurate with regards to scale and pre-scaled component size.
