Merrick’s National Sustainable Infrastructure Director, Peter Binney, PE, has played a key role in assisting the American Council of Engineering Companies, the American Society of Civil Engineers, and the American Public Works Association in developing a national sustainable infrastructure certification and rating system that will drive a new direction in the development and redevelopment of civil infrastructure throughout the U.S.
