In November 2017, Clearford acquired Koester Canada and its Team Aquatic operations division, now Clearford Waterworks. In May 2019, Clearford acquired ASI Water and completed the assembly of pieces required to offer integrated water services under a utility-like business model.

Clearford Waterworks Inc. is our treatment system operations division based in Sarnia with licensed operators across Ontario. With almost 200 systems under management, we are the largest operator of privately owned communal water and wastewater treatment systems in Ontario. Clearford Waterworks provides full-service water infrastructure management including all operations, maintenance, and regulatory compliance for water and wastewater treatment systems, backed by decades of field experience and technical expertise operating a wide range of technologies.

Clearford ASI

Clearford ASI, formerly ASI Water, specializes in the delivery of water and wastewater design and engineering services—from environmental impact and needs assessments, to regulatory approvals, project management, design and construction support. Clearford ASI takes full responsibility for delivery of client infrastructure requirements.

Clearford Koester Canada

Clearford Koester Canada is our site services and treatment solutions group based in Hamilton, Ontario. This division provides support to Clearford ASI and Clearford Waterworks on system installations and major plant repairs. This business unit also delivers services directly to clients requiring sewage bypass operations, and water pipe network disinfection services.

UV Pure Technologies Inc. is a subsidiary of Clearford Water Systems and manufacturer of advanced ultraviolet (UV) water disinfection systems for residential, commercial, industrial, public, and municipal applications. The company’s patented Crossfire Technology™ and Hallett™ product line are recognized innovations in water disinfection with installations worldwide.
