Typically, our projects:
- Evaluate site configurations to determine the most cost-effective arrangement for alternatives
- Assess hydraulic and environmental conditions (debris, sediment, ice, etc.) that affect installation and operation of each alternative
- Address operational concerns (debris removal and equipment maintenance)
- Specify construction techniques (underwater with barge-mounted equipment and divers, in-the-dry with cofferdams and dewatering systems, etc.)
- Consider existing unit and equipment operation and outages necessary for construction activities and equipment replacement
- Incorporate operational testing and biological monitoring features
