Environmental issues are increasingly important to everyone in their daily lives. Plandescil has significant expertise in drainage and flood engineering and contaminated land matters. We have our own in-house environmental section to undertake site contamination surveys. Depending on the site these can either be Phase 1 desk study reports or Phase 2 intrusive investigations with remediation proposals followed by verification statements where these are required. Having built up a good reputation and rapport with local regulatory bodies over the years we are confident that we can find a solution to most contamination queries and readily offer advice where possible to save overall project costs.
