The objectives of the EIA process generally cover the provision of information, description, assessment and proposals for mitigation during the planning, construction and operation, including:The Project and associated works or requirements to carry out the Project.Elements of community and environment affected by or on the Project (natural and manmade).Alternatives to avoid and minimize the environmental impacts; Emission sources and significance of impacts on sensitive receivers and uses; Potential landscape and visual impacts.Potential losses or damage to flora, fauna and natural habitats.Negative impacts on sites of cultural heritage; Safety and risk assessment for nearby uses (if any).Propose feasible and practical mitigation measures to minimize pollution, disturbance and nuisance
