There are many good environmental lawyers out there. Many have excellent regulatory backgrounds. They negotiate on behalf of their clients before the government agencies. But, if the desired result is not obtained and the case has to move on to trial, they may not have the actual courtroom experience that is required to take the case to the next phase.
