Regulatory Administrative Issues

The cases address everything from appropriate levels of contaminant remediation, corrective measures to address non-compliance, penalties, challenges of permit denials, the adequacy of reporting and documentation required by various regulatory programs, to claims by neighbors.
Civil Litigation
We provide surefooted legal representation of companies or individuals in both defending against and filing claims in Maryland State and federal courts. The matters we handle range from alleged improper construction of piers, illegal disposal of toxic chemicals, improper construction of wastewater treatment facilities, failure to issue appropriate permits and approvals for water supply or landfill construction to defenses against allegations of historic disposal of hazardous waste under Superfund.
