ACSI provides comprehensive services for Environmental Management Systems (EMS) which begins with Executive management to identify improvements to operations as well as developing a company environmental policy. Once the environmental pieces of operations have been identified, ACSI will assist in the planning phase by setting up a strategy which will clearly define the necessary steps, assign responsibilities, and set up a timetable to complete the action plan.ACSI also has the staff and ablity to assist in implementation of the action plan. We will help to implement procedures that will enable employees to document, follow operating procedures and ensure communication, both internal and external, are outlined and necessary information will be readily avaiulable should the need arise. We also offer numerous training courses that can be tailored to your operation.
ACSI feels that Evaluation is an important step to establishing your EMS. Once your action plan has been implemented, an Evaluation meeting will be held to identify what worked well and what needs to be modified to ensure your company has the most efficient and workable EMS.
Once the EMS is implemented and modified, if needed, it will again be presented to Executive management to ensure it is consistent with the company`s values. This review stage allows your EMS to be effective and allows for continual improvement by being proactive about the environmental course your company has set.
