Environmental noise assessment appies to all developments where there is the potential for a noise impact to arise on others from your project or if there may be a noise impact arising for your development from existing environmental sources that are not part of your scheme.
Whether, you are submitting a planning application for your residential or commercial development premises, the installing building services plant, building a skate park, a recycling facility or even conducting a formal EIA for a major development we have the experience, expertise and tools to provide sustainable solution that meet your needs.
We will work with you, local planning and other regulatory bodies as appropriate to ensure an appropriate assessment is conducted to enable planning permission to be secured and through the process of discharging acoustic conditions as they may arise.
Baseline monitoring is usually undertaken and the impact of, or on, the development assessed applying appropriate methodologies and guidance. Recommendations mitigation measures and assessment of residual effects is conducted and technical evidence and/or reports submitted suitable for the circumstances.
